It is the only system of its kind and was developed over a five year period after receiving feedback from numerous pharmacies. PAS listened to the feed back we received from pharmacists and their technicians to provide a patented solution to fill packages from a variety of manufacturers.

The Versi-Fill works best for pharmacies that can plan their work schedule for daily dispensing. By scheduling your various types of packaging together, you will save the 30 second changeover time switching between one type of packaging to another. Although 30 second changeover is not a long time, it will slow your daily output somewhat if you are constantly changing packaging from vials to blister packs or from one type of blister to another.

The Versi-Fill is the only system we offer for filling medication packages with small pockets in them. If you view the picture at the top of this web page, you will see an example of the various types of packages the Versi-Fill will fill. By scanning your barcode on your prescription label, the Versi-Fill will allow you to make any selection of pockets at random as well as batching for inventory. The batching feature is great for pre-packing and a printer option is available for labeling the pre-packs for storage.
