TECH-MATE SPECIFICATIONS

1. The TECH-MATE is a 60 canister, stand alone, barcode driven system. It is designed for easy installation, training and operation and has a floor footprint of approximately 3ft. x 3ft., standing 6ft. tall.
2. Reports can be auto set for download to an SD card into an excel spreadsheet format. Reports obtained are:
   • Current Inventory
   • Dispense History
   • Medication Load Report
   • Medication Removal Report
   • Employee Access
3. The computer screen guides you through each process of loading and dispensing medication.

5. The TECH-MATE works with prescription barcodes supplied by the pharmacy’s host system. Common with most every pharmacy software supplying the NDC and quantity of requested fill.
6. The canisters are designed for each pharmacy’s formulary request. There are several options for additional canister needs such as Replacements, exchanges, or new canisters.

OTHER FEATURES

- Provides control of lot numbers and expiration dates.

- Requires no daily maintenance or sensor cleaning for continued machine operations.

- Unique feature allows replenishment “on the fly”. Med canister can be replenished in the middle of a prescription dispense – automatically completing the prescription dispense when the med canister is replenished and returned to the system

- Has multi-canister dispensing capability (2 or more canisters can house the same medication). Once the dispensing canister is determined to be empty, the system will advance to the next canister and complete the prescription dispense.

- Med canisters are NDC specific – greatly increasing patient safety and reducing the possibility of a wrong medication being dispensed.

- Replenishing, adding and removal of med canisters averages less than one minute.
