Parts and labor are covered 100%* for equipment under the Service and Support Plan.
Purchase of Service & Support Plan is not a requirement to acquire your
new PAS equipment. Service will still be available on a time
and material basis.
Service and Support Plan covers 100% of the parts and labor under normal wear and machine use.

PAS has one of the most affordable service and support plans in the industry.
We are able to offer that by using our 20+ years of design and machine manufacturing
to bring you and extremely affordable and dependable machine. By building dependable
equipment, we can keep the cost of our Service and Support Plans very affordable.
Should an issue arise that cannot be resolved via telephone, a technician
will be dispatched within 24 hours of any business day.
*This does not include any technical issues outside of
our system that may be causing the problems, such as problems
with your computer, data line, power, etc). This plan also does not cover abuse
or neglect of the equipment. We understand what normal machine wear is, and
should neglect or abuse appear to be an issue, it will be noted for further processing.
