Training on-site at your pharmacy

Easy to Install

Your new PAS automation system is an advanced, sophisticated system consisting of well designed, trouble-free hardware and software.

As powerful as it is, it was designed to be simple to install and use -- installation and training typically taking less than 2 hours.

Installation Team

As an ISO 9001:2000 certified designer and manufacturer, we take quality seriously in everything we do.

You can be assured that your PAS pharmacy automation system is installed correctly the first time because of our in-house installation team.

Our PAS installation and service technicians are trained in-house to the same exacting high standards as our ISO 9001:2000 certified manufacturing facility.

Facility Requirements

A Pre-Installation Assessment is included in the price of your new automation system, regardless of whether you are buying or leasing.  This assures that your facility is ready for your new automation system when it arrives at your door prior to installation and training.

Your new pharmacy automation system requires the following:

  • Standard 36" door opening
  • Adequate floor space.  The D-60 model requires floorspace 42" wide by 30" deep
  • 110 V / 15 AMP electrical service (standard US electrical wall plug).   You are responsible for assuring that this is in place prior to installation.
  • Cat 5 Ethernet data cable.  This is the suggested method to export FDA-required tracking data from the automation system for backups or reporting.  If there is no Cat 5 ethernet data cable, consult with your local information technology advisor for alternatives.

If the location where you want to put the system is up any stairs, we need to be made aware of that and have pictures prior to delivery & installation.

We highly recommend the use of a good surge protector (which should always be done when supplying power to electronic and computer equipment).
